PILLAR may cancel your orders due to one of these reasons:

1. Payment has not been made or received by PILLAR within the allocated time;

2. The merchandise is out of stock.

Yes, you can request an alteration to our Customer Service with an additional cost. You will be required to fill out a form and ship back the item to alter. However, we would encourage you to do measurements with our in-store sales assistant directly for maximum precision.
