Dede Cipon, born in Balikpapan in 1995, is an artist driven by a fascination with life's mysteries, which he refers to as "The Flow of Cosmos." His works delve into mystical, philosophical, and scientific subjects, aiming to explore, interpret, and express their inherent beauty. Cipon's artistic repertoire includes drawing, painting, printmaking, and various digital formats. This particular piece was created with marker, acrylic, ink, graphite, charcoal, gouache, gold leaf and coffee solution.

Having pursued a Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Printmaking at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta, Cipon has actively showcased his works in solo and group exhibitions. Noteworthy among them is the upcoming solo exhibition "As Above So Below - As Within So Without" at STEM Projects of Srisasanti Syndicate, Tirtodipuran Link Building A, Yogyakarta in 2023, and 2022 SpaceHanjeom in Changwon, South Korea.
